I have baked since I was a young girl (my maiden name is Baker).

As an adult I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. A little over

two years I was diagnosed with Celiac's disease.

In the summer of 2010, I had 25 celiacs taste test what is now

my baked goods line.  Everything we sell today received an "A" rating.
